Our values

Our Policies

Financial Arrangements

A patient’s financial responsibility, with the different options for payment, will be clearly explained prior to treatment.
• Payment is expected when service is rendered unless previous arrangements have been made.
• For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and debit cards.
• Payment plans can also be arranged through the dental office with one of several financial institutions.
• We offer discounts for senior citizens and prepayment for large cases.

Insurance

As a service to our patients, our practice accepts all major dental insurance programs as long as your plan allows you to choose your own dentist. However, your specific policy is an agreement between your employer and your insurance company. The fees charged for our services are the usual and customary fees charged to all of our patients in our zip code.

You should be aware that different insurance companies vary greatly in the types of coverage available and the amount they allow for usual and customary fee. Each company has their own formula for figuring out a usual and customary fee. Our fees are within the usual and customary fees of most insurance companies. Also, some companies process claims promptly, while others delay payment for several months. As a courtesy, we will submit all insurance claims for you. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, we cannot guarantee what your insurance company will pay. You are personally responsible for your account.

We allow 30 days for your insurance company to make a payment. We encourage you to call us if your policy has not paid within 30 days. Per your request, our staff will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company that will help you know what your benefits will be before treatment is rendered. Please note that these typically take 3-4 weeks before we will receive a response from the insurance company.
